Job Description :
Business Development Head/Manager represents the middle - management in the marketing hierarchy, the main revenue generating team of ORG IMS. The job involves a perfect balance between sales maximization and service orientation. The Business Development Head/Manager is involved in analyzing information and providing solutions for the business needs of the clients and partnering with them in their strategy/brand planning process and eventually growing our and clientele business. Apart from understanding the client’s business & business issues, and providing solutions using his knowledge and ORG IMS databases, he/ she is also involved in developing services to address the long term needs of the clients. This is similar to any new product development in any sector.
Hence, the position demands a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, strong communication skills and in-depth understanding of the client business. The job demands strong man-management qualities as he/ she leads a team of 2-3 executives and has a critical role to play in building strong customer relationships. Business Development Head/Manager plays a pivotal role in developing new research offerings and liasoning with other processing departments and our international offices.
